I'm Mike Eye, and I love to read and write intense, epic, imaginative, coming-of-age literary stories of drama and action. I also enjoy studying various occult sciences and philosophies. At a young age I started getting into compelling novels of Visionary or Speculative Fiction with Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Horror elements. In elementary school, I ate up stories by Roald Dahl and R. L. Stine. Not long after that, I was hooked on Shannara tales. Then I found out about Jack Kerouac and Kurt Vonnegut, and it was all over (lol). Lately, I've been greatly enjoying reading DC & Marvel graphic novels on my brilliant Galaxy S2 tab, especially the latest Batman and Justice League titles.

I love nature and the outdoors, particularly alpine skiing and trailblazing in the mountains and forests of the Northeast US (New England), which is where I dwell. I maintain a cosmological, tribal mental complex. As such, I have been completely rejected from modern-day society. That does not in any way, though, render me apathetic or dangerous, the two taboo stereotypes of loners. To the contrary, in fact, for I consider myself a Lightworker of sorts. I love listening to and creating Rock 'n' Roll music and going to concerts, especially when it's Heavy Metal. My preferred sub-genres of metal are death metal, doom/sludge/grunge, and groove/prog. I grew up listening to Tool, Pantera, and Rage Against the Machine. I have a soft spot for hippie and/or metal chicks! ;-D I am currently single and live in Boston.

I have recently self-published my debut novel, The Aqueous Transmission, which is available for $3.33 on Kobo and FastPencil. A more expensive marked-up yet wonderful print copy is also available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. It's an incredibly exciting and epic, esoteric allegorical tall tale, and it will blow you away! If you're a binge read-a-holic and enjoy reviewing books, and you feel you may be interested in reviewing The Aqueous Transmission, then by all means, please feel free to let me know and I will send you a free e-book (epub, mobi, & pdf). I would also totally appreciate it!

FragMEANTz: Meaningful fragments of my life and imagination

The idea is to write something every day, quickly, without fretting too much over words or taking any time to edit; just let the words flow in a stream of consciousness! I’ll see if they give me a story, a lyric, a poem. It doesn’t matter. If it blossoms into something fuller later that’s fine, but it’s ok if they remain fragments. Life is made up of fragments. Some of them become stories and some of them are just pieces of a larger story. Some fragments are singular moments in time. Forgettable or life changing they all have their place. -Lorelei Moon
